Hi all,Góod day,Due tó some error i've formatted my Computer and set up a fresh copy of windows 7. Regrettably, i could not gain access to my encrypted files which was encrypted with the previous windows 7(and admin privileges). I did not remember to back again up the EFS certification (in fact I didnot understand about it that period). Fallout 4 pinball machine. But i understand the consumer title and security password of my prior windows (means the admin security password and consumer name). Is certainly it useful to decrypt thé files. Can l make a certificate if I understand this previous windows consumer name and password??pls suggest.
